The Global Climate and Health Alliance (GCHA), in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), Spain’s Ministry of Health and other partners will convene a one-day Global Climate and Health Summit alongside the UN climate negotiations in Madrid.

The summit will serve as a central moment for health civil society and other stakeholders to help generate global action towards protecting health from a changing global climate, and will call for health to form an integral component of the work carried out during COP25.

A parallel event will take place in Santiago, Chile on December 6th. Outcomes of the Chilean Workshop will be presented via video at the Global Summit in Madrid.
